RVA Step Up for Down Syndrome - Community Resource Fair Registration 2023

Exhibitors are an important part of our event! You will have the unique opportunity to engage 1-on-1 with attendees and their families and share the beneficial services you offer or showcase goods that families in attendance may not otherwise know about. Last year we had over 2500 attendees.

• Registration provides for a 10’x10’ space with one 6’ table and two chairs. Displays will be set up outdoors and the event will go on rain or shine. There is no cover, so we encourage you to bring a tent for your space. For the safety of event participants and yourself, tents must be weighted down or staked properly.
• All exhibitors must provide a child friendly activity at their table. Activity ideas include, but are not limited to, the following: stickers, temporary tattoos, arts/crafts projects, games, hand sanitizer, etc. Please use balloons only for décor purposes at your table and not for handing out.
• Non Profits: $50 and For Profit businesses: $100

If you would like to receive an invoice and pay by check, please contact me with your organizations information and we will send you a code to register and send an invoice.
